Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter shorted as "Xinxing") is exclusively lanched and established by Xinxing Cathay International Group.( The Primary Xinxing Pipes Group). The predecessor was a military steel plant founded in 1971. The company listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchanges in 1997. The present capital is 1,916,871,574 shares, and Xinxing Cathay International Group holds 50.01% .

At present, Xinxing is a trans-regional and muti-industry company which has production bases in Handan City, Hebei Province; Wuhu City, Anhui Province; Bazhou City, Xinjiang Province; Huangshi City, Hubei Province; Taojiang City, Hunan Province; Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province, and has 17 sales subsidiaries across the country. Xinxing has become a processing enterprise with annual output of 8 million tons of metal products, producing Xinxing ductile iron pipes with annual output 1.8 million tons, Xinxing steels with annual output 6.3 million tons , Xinxing special steel pipes with annual output 180,000 tons, Xinxing steel gratings with annual output 80,000tons, Xinxing Fittings with annual output 40,000 tons and Xinxing compound pipes etc.

Xinxing is the largest production base in China of ductile iron pipes and steel gratings. The comprehensive technological strength and production scale of ductile iron pipes rank first in the world. Around 30% of Xinxing pipes are exported to 100 countries and regions in the world, and the domestic market share goes over 45%. Xinxing has been names as " Famous Export Brand", "Golden Cup Prize of Metallurgical Product Quality", "National Customer Satisfaction Product", " Excellent Quality in Metallurgical Industry", "China Environmental Protection Building Materials" and "China Top Brand" etc.Xinxing's main business is the production of ductile iron pipes, fittings, special steel pipes, iron and steel smelting and calendering process etc. At present, Xinxing has seven major product series:
 

Xinxing Steels:
Production capacity 6.3 million; Xinxing can produce Φ6～Φ32mm HRB335、HRB400、HRB500 and G-shock hot rolling steel bar, Φ6～Φ22mm round steel bar and optimal special steels. The hot rolling steel products were awarded "Golden Cup Prize of Metallurgical Product Quality"

Xinxing Special Steel Pipes:
Production capacity 180,000 tons; mainly by using centrifugal casting plus extrusion technology, by extruding and subsequent processing the billet materials which are manufactured by centrifugal casting technology, to produce bimetal composite pipes and high alloy steel pipes and other high-end seamless steel pipes. Xinxing special steel pipes are widely used in petrochemical, electric power, chemical industry etc.

Xinxing Forgings:
Production capacity 40,000 tons, using radial forging technology, Xinxing can produce alloy structural steel, quality carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel bar, thick wall tube, pipe mould, shaft, drill pipe& drilling etc. The products are widely used in automobile, ship, wind power, thermal power, chemistry, hydropower, metallurgical equipment and other industries.

Xinxing PSP Pipes:
Production capacity 3 million meters, the size range is Ф14～Ф200mm. Xinxing set up the industrial standard < Plastic-steel-plastic composite pressure pipe>(CJ/T 183－2008), and solved the worldwide difficult problem of steel-plastic degumming. PSP pipes are especially suitable for water and heat supply in high buildings as well as foodstuff, petroleum and natural gas transportation industries because of their reliable properties.
