Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter shorted as "Xinxing") is exclusively lanched and established by Xinxing Cathay International Group.( The Primary Xinxing Pipes Group). The predecessor was a military steel plant founded in 1971. The company listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchanges in 1997. The present capital is 1,916,871,574 shares, and Xinxing Cathay International Group holds 50.01% .

Over the years, Xinxing expands and improves the industrial chain and value chain under the strategic guidance of " Based on iron and steel, Oriented by ductile iron pipes" . Through strategic acquisitions, recombination, holdings, equity participation etc, Xinxing now has Wuhu Xinxing Pipes Co., Ltd, Taojiang Xinxing Fittings Co., Ltd. and Huangshi Xinxing Pipes Co., Ltd three production bases covering East China and South-central China; having Chuanjiang Pipes Co., Ltd in Sichuan Province, Xinjiang Jinte Steel Co., Ltd, Xinxing Pipes(Xinjiang) Resources Development Co., Ltd, Xinxing Pipes Xinjiang Co., Ltd four production bases covering Southwest China and Northwest China.

At present, Xinxing is a trans-regional and muti-industry company which has production bases in Handan City, Hebei Province; Wuhu City, Anhui Province; Bazhou City, Xinjiang Province; Huangshi City, Hubei Province; Taojiang City, Hunan Province; Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province, and has 17 sales subsidiaries across the country. Xinxing has become a processing enterprise with annual output of 8 million tons of metal products, producing Xinxing ductile iron pipes with annual output 1.8 million tons, Xinxing steels with annual output 6.3 million tons , Xinxing special steel pipes with annual output 180,000 tons, Xinxing steel gratings with annual output 80,000tons, Xinxing Fittings with annual output 40,000 tons and Xinxing compound pipes etc.

Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes:
Production Capacity 1.8 million tons; Diameter DN80～DN3000mm; Joints: T type, K type, S type, N1 type, self-anchored other joints which is suitable for different terrain conditions. To apply for different corrosive soil conditions, the internal protection includes cement mortar lining, polyurethane lining, epoxy ceramic lining etc, while the external protection include zinc with finishing layer of bitumen paint, polyurethane coating, epoxy coatings, aluminum powder paint etc. Ductile iron pipe is the ideal pipe for urban water supply and gas transportation. The company set up national standard GB/T13295-2008. The comprehensive technological strength and production scale rank first in the world. Xinxing Fittings:
Production capacity 50,000 tons, using shell mold and V-EPC techniques, Xinxing can produce various fittings to satisfy different construction conditions according to users' needs.
